Moonlighting (1985) Review
Moonlighting brings back 1980’s vibe The clothes, music, shoes, and locations. The very first episode of Moonlighting was a very big hit and the show ran for nine years. This show made Bruce Willis Famous and also helped Cybill Shepherd to get career on track. The story of moonlighting started when Maddie (a farmer model) lost her money because her business manager stole it. She meets her lawyer and he tells Maddie to close all her remaining business which includes a detective agency. Maddie goes to the agency to shut it down but David Addison (the Boss of the agency) has different plans.
We see David and Maddie talking about business. David tells Maddie to join the agency instead of closing it. David strongly believes that Maddie’s fame and looks will bring customers to the business and she can help in growing the business. Maddie says no but later they both pulled into crazy mysteries. The show gives vibes like Miami Vice but there is a huge difference in the chemistry between David and Maddie from the very beginning of their meeting we see instead romantic and playful tension. They solve mysteries in a very fun but the real entertainment comes from their funny fast conversations with very great comic timing.

Moonlighting show is 80’s detective adventure with fun, flirt and the biggest mystery is whether its two leads will rise or light.
